Intimate Episode. 05.11.15

Dear good morning, Last nights Art Share at Zuzus in Cambridge was exciting. Made decision to take red line train trip from Haymarket late night to see a bunch of heartfelt spectacular faces, and get a bunch of # 1 hugs. Hanz Landes, Mike Shick, Severo Covian, Giovani Hoyos-Corrales. Randomly met Kenny Elliot of Elliot Farm in Lakeville MA last night. (http://www.elliotfarm.org). I'm going to spend 5 days in June on the farm with he and his family. Working fields with equipment from the 50's. Farming is not easy. It takes a great deal of hard hard work to produce good food for your family and for your community. To call yourself a farmer is easy. To be one, not so easy. I have farmed at times in my life, but not in the dedicated way most farmers farm. I wouldn't call myself a farmer, more a dib dabbler. Hope to some day have a little farm that can support our family. I admire so much the lessons you learn from the land and the people whom know it. So yes, Fallons Daily Toast will be on Elliot Farm, Lakeville MA for five days to work the fields with hard-working farmers that work everyday during the summer months. I'd like to supply the performers at our looping event (inspired by Matthew Silver and Fritz Donnelly) with fresh veggies and fresh smiles. https://www.facebook.com/groups/516859065119926/ Enjoy this episode. It was inspired by all of you, especially my mother and my sisters. Thanks again to The Hornitz and all the talented musicians for a great show at Church three eves ago. Get out and see them if you can. I promise you'll be grateful you did. I'm on a bus traveling north to the mountains of NH for seven days to see a dozens of spectacular faces & glows. Taking care to nurture community and connection is so important to us.We have suggestions about systems in place regarding the opiate crisis murdering 4 to 6 people a day. We have suggestions about child and family services infrastructure around the country. All suggestions come from a place so personal and real. It is all from a place of love and care. Been caught up in a cyclone and made to fear, but alas, fear dissipates like the morning dew because of the love we have for you. It all involves more art and music and we'll keep you posted with the progress. Thanks Ben Salomon for the opening music. Check him out at http://bensalomonmusic.com/ With lots of gratitude, FallonollaF
