She lived there from July 2012-Aug 2014. She was inspired to do the trip because after she returned from her travels abroad in the Peace Corps (and other various study abroad trips) she realized she knew very little about her own country and what it had to offer. hence the intimate and lengthy bicycle trip. She decided to make the trip have more of a cause attached to it so fundraising for Pathways Togo instantly came to mind because it’s such an incredible program for girls with such few resources.Emily Herzig Floral Design
